Review: My Rugged Computer - This laptop computer worked well for about a year and a half. Then it stopped working while I was overseas. When I returned to the US, I sent it to Dell for repairs, as it was still under warranty. The motherboard was replaced. But I did not know the BitLocker code so I couldn’t access anything. I returned it to Dell and they cleared everything from computer. It now works great but I wonder if another hardware failure may occur.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: does this come with the 1100 nits screen or is that extra? Description said "up to 1100 nits" that doesn't always mean it has it.**
A: The laptop comes with a 400 NITs NONtouchscreen.

**Q: Is there a built in GPS with this model?**
A: This Amazon listing does not include a GPS card. Plaza Laptops has a similar unit with a GPS card with one Thunderbolt port. If you send a message directly after purchase, Plaza Laptops can send this laptop with a GPS card. 

You may have to scroll down to "Other Sellers on Amazon" to find Plaza Laptops listings.

**Q: What is the optional IO Ports? RS-232 or USB?**
A: This unit does not come with the optional additional I/O ports. It will only have a single Thunderbolt port which is also the charging port. 
If you need a laptop with an additional Thunderbolt 4 and USB 3 Type A, contact Plaza Laptops before/after purchase to ask for the additional I/O ports. If it is not requested, the laptop may not come with the additional ports. We do not carry any with an additional RS-232 port at this time.

**Q: Does it have backlight keyboard?**
A: This unit does not have a backlit keyboard standard. If you need a backlit keyboard, please contact Plaza Laptops before/after purchasing to ask for a unit with a backlit keyboard.

This laptop computer worked well for about a year and a half. Then it stopped working while I was overseas. When I returned to the US, I sent it to Dell for repairs, as it was still under warranty. This just says open box, it is refurbished! It does NOT have the equipment nor an IMEI number and will not do cellular even though it has a nano sim slot. It is misrepresented and tech support is lacking!!
