The battery on a 12-hour charge gave me no more than 2 minutes’ use, that is not an exaggeration it is absolute fact, save your money.I am not satisfied with the product. It only took 2 days to receive it but because of a defective battery (if in fact that is the problem) it is going to take 2 weeks or more to replace it. It seems to me that it should take the same amount of time to replace the battery.I suppose this is the difference between being a prospect and a customer. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lightweight and good power *by P***F on November 20, 2017* Works great for patio etc. for about 15 minutes before needing a charge. Important information not mentioned in the instructions is that the charging station's red light will turn green when the battery pack is charged...flashing green light when it is charging and solid green light when fully charged. I mention this as getting the battery pack charged is essential to the operation, and I learned this only after contacting customer service. Also, as a female, my hands are not quite big enough to easily remove the battery pack from its charging station, but I love its light weight. All in all, I am very happy with the leaf blower...and thrilled with the price.
