The good is that I can mix chicory with any coffee brand I like and to my taste, rather than buy a premixed brand that is not so flavorful. I usually brew a litter of coffee in the morning with a 1:1 teaspoonful of coffee and chicory resulting in a more nutty flavor I learned to appreciate. Note if you're new to chicory-use scoop for scoop as you would coffee. Just like coffee you'll be told to use one tablespoon per 6-ounce cup. I love coffee but not THAT much.If your chicory choice stems from it's (very gentle) laxative effect, you may not have the results you want mixing this with your coffee. I make a sort-of smoothie thing with (among other things) a small amount of juice, yogurt and coconut milk. Half a teaspoon or so does the trick and you cant really taste the chicory while the yogurt keeps it suspended so it doesn't all end up at the bottom of your glass. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely delicious!!
