Just a quick note, after using for a few years, things to know, if you use rock salt in these it will scratch as will rice if you are toasting before cooking. Still washes up as they did when they were new, but the finish is not indistructable. I love these pans, I read the reviews where people had issues with these. Yes, you have to take care of them, you can not abuse them by using metal utensils in them, and they really should not be washed in the dishwasher. Dishwasher detergent leaves a film that will cause food to stick. (so will Pam or the generic brands of non stick spray, they have silicone and it will discolor the surface) They are so easy to clean you don't need anything more than hot soapy water. Most everything rinses/wipes off. You will of course have to watch up by the rivets, food may stick there a little. But any pan with rivets you are going to have that and I guarantee the rivets will still clean better than any other pan. I highly recommend "Copper Chef" over all the other brands.
