Work well for my 2008 four winds class c chalet. Well constructed but like everything RV pricey. Not difficult to swap out. No special tools required for the rivet installation, just push in on the rivet head with a carpenter hammer while you mushroom the other end with a ballpeen hammer. I all so replaced the star knobs which proved to be a little challenging due to corrosion.  Soak the nuts on the inside of the channel with PB blaster a day or so prior.

Item received was the new version not the item shown. Seems to be a perfect replacement however. If your old item looks like the unit pictured in the listing or our old one in my pic from a 2005 version of an A&E Dometic awning. apparently you can use either the one pictured in the listing or the new version interchangably.
