The other brand, which is a well known brand, faded in color intensity as I wrote a sentence/paragraph with it. So far the Scriveiner ink has been consistent in intensity of color without a fade away towards the end of the sentence/paragraph. The flow of the ink from the pen is smooth and consistent without skips or blotches. I am using an extra fine nib. I am very satisfied with my purchase of these ink cartridges.
