Review: Good Device Poor Business Ethics - We recently purchased this for our father. He came home to live with us and needed some form of communication to call us if he needed anything. He began having issues in using his phone, and sometimes I would be outside working and could not hear him. The device worked great and I was very happy with its ease of use, however he has since passed and when I went to cancel the subscription I noted a $99.00 cancellation fee as well as a $125.00 charge of the watch was not returned. I feel this is an unfair business practice and predatory on people who are in the midst of suffering. No where in the description about the device noted this and I feel this part of the program was purposely hidden to get people to initially purchase it.

This watch is phenomenal. It’s inexpensive $27 kind of a pain in the butt to set up, but they were really helpful in walking us through it. It works programmed myself and my sister, so it alerts both of us easily when my mom has problems or if she falls or an emergency. I would suggest anybody that has an older parent that lives alone to get this inexpensive watch it is phenomenal.
