We have tried all three flavors, and my adult son loves the vanilla. We both like the chocolate, but oh my, the cinnamon!!! It is rather crumbly and thick, so I spoon it out and then push it around on the bagel, toast, etc. Lindsay Binnie e-mailed me telling me to make it spreadable, set it in a warm bowl of water for a time, and it will become stir-able and spreadable, but I don't mind crumbly and hunky, because you get actual hunks to chew and taste in bites. Any way you want it or eat it, just do it. As far as I am concerned, it is wonderful, sweet, coconut heaven. All I can say is that if you enjoy coconut with the coconut texture, you will love this. It does not require (nor is it recommended) to refrigerate the product. Room temperature keeps the contents in solid form. Imagine the hardness of extremely cold ice cream but at room temperature. Easily eaten with a spoon straight from the plastic container.I find the vanilla to be sweeter than I anticipated. Personally I would prefer it to be slightly less sweet but maybe this keeps me from consuming too much at a time!
