It shows it in the video clip but not in the item pictures. Thanks!** A: Hello -- It does not come with the scuba suit. The gup A is rather nice and so is the Cap figurine. Otherwise the toy is nice but rather limited. Hope this helps. JRG **Q: Can this toy go in the water?** A: Only if you aren't concerned with two tiny stickers on the inside wall possibly coming off. Look at the 4th picture listed with the item that shows the inside of the Octopod and you can see 2 small rectangles on either side of the pod at about shoulder level to Captain Barnacal. These seem to be better than your average sticker, but they are stickers. Otherwise this is a very basic Octopod with no moving parts other than pieces like the slide that you attach. Even the door on the front does not open. **Q: Is this toy submersible like for use in a bath tub? If not is there one that does?** A: Hello Thank you for your question!
