**Q: Are these similar to the us magic spoon cereal? thank you!**
A: Hi Lottie! Yes, definitely similar in that we're both high protein and much better for you than regular cereal. However, they make theirs out of whey protein while we use a unique protein blend of peas and chickpeas that we think is better for you and better for the planet!

**Q: Are these gluten-free**
A: Hi Perry! They are grain-free and don't contain any gluten ingredients :) But we do pack in locations that handle cereals and gluten, so cross-contamination is possible.

**Q: What does the original flavour taste of?**
A: Good question! The best way to describe it is as a bit of biscuit mixed with a bit of vanilla :)

**Q: Ingredients list?**
A: Hi Marge! We've just updated the page to include a full ingredients list but in short, the ingredients are: pea protein, chickpea flour, tapioca starch, pea fibre, chicory fibres, erythritol, high oleic sunflower oil, flavourings, and an antioxidant (tocopherol-rich extract). Hope this helps!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great high protein low card breakfast alternative.

I was looking to find a good healthy cereal alternative to get me through the morning without feeling hungry as well as providing the energy I needed to get through a gym session.They are somewhat more crunchy than most other cereal products which is a little unusual when you first try them, but I actually now prefer that texture. The cinnamon flavour also comes through very well. This is a great healthy way to start the day.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Pretty good but very expensive.

As healthy breakfast cereals go, this is good: crunchy and tasty. However it’s just too expensive for me to justify as a regular thing.As others have noted, the first reaction you will have to opening a box is feeling cheated: the boxes are half empty. You’ll get around 8 servings out of a box if you stick to the suggested quantity of 35g… but that is a pitiful amount of cereal. Around a quarter of a bowl.So, realistically, you’ll get about 4 servings per box. So, plus milk, you’re paying £1.50 for a bowl of cereal. If that seems like a good deal to you, fill your boots. To me, it’s about twice the price that I’d be willing to pay.

The hoops have plenty of taste having a decent amount of cinnamon flavour.They are quite filling and you don't need much to make a decent breakfast meal.The only slight negative is that the hoops are quite a hard texture which I soaked in my breakfast milk for a minute before eating.
