I've tried a variety of white noise applications and sleep soundtracks, and they've all been improved by these headphones. My skin is not irritated by the headband's soft material, and the speakers don't obstruct my favorite sleeping posture. I like to sleep on my side, so I often find conventional earphones unpleasant.
