While I opted to adjust the timing for each "side" to be identical, the ability to adjust each one independently is a great feature that I'm sure would be very useful for other applications. Installation of this module is very simple and the "common ground" design employed eliminates the need to run a dedicated ground to each lamp. Very pleased with this purchase and would recommend this to anyone needing a flasher module. (Please note in the video that the flasher module is controlling the lights in the front bumper area of the vehicle.
