Some are very big, maybe 3 inches across, and colorful. Have different themes and fun sayings. When you iron them on it is permanent unless you intentionally pull them off. They stay on fine in the wash, but I am sure to wash them in cold just in case. I had a ladies' lunch at my home and bought T-shirts in a variety of sizes. Each person got to pick a t-shirt their size and pick out some patches to design their custom t-shirt. They had a great time with it.
