I have changed my star rating for this reason. After numerous attempts, I have come to the conclusion that it is impossible. I have watched every YouTube tutorial and read all the reviews, and am still completely disappointed with the results. I would like to think that I am a problem solver and a handy person. If the company can provide better instructions, that would be helpful.
