They have a soft & cushioned insole which makes wearing them really comfortable. The strap is elasticated & gently holds your foot in the shoe so that your feet don’t slip & they provide great support. I bought the black originally, but have since also bought the navy. The same company also do a flat shoe in similar design which I also highly recommend- I have bought those in navy & in brown. Excellent value for money. I recommend them for anyone. I bought them for work, but they would also be great for a more formal event.
