**Q: are these better for long faces or round faces?**
A: IMO, better for longer faces, which I have, because the round lenses help offset the more squarish profile of a long thinner face.

**Q: How do I take the lenses out easily without breaking them?**
A: Under normal circumstances the frame is warmed and the lenses are popped out, then dunked in cold water to reshrink the frame. 
HOWEVER, I don’t think this frame is made of material that is used in frames that are glazed.
