It just arrived on 2/11/2013 - 3 weeks after being ordered -it shipped from China. The entire item description, name and any verbage was all in Chinese which most Americans can not read. I have no way of knowing if the material used for this nose piece are up to American standards of medical quality silicon. I just threw away the package.I would not have bought this product if I knew it was being shipped from China. There are too many inferior grade products being made in China and shipped to the USA. Not only was it made in China but the envelope lists a Chinese name and address of a person who lives in China as the sender.There should be more disclosure required by Amazon for private sellers on where they live and country of origin for medical and grocery products.
