**Q: Are these individually wrapped and sterile?**
A: These are not individually wrapped nor do I believe that they are sterile based on the packaging.  If you need them to be sterile you'll want to run them through the autoclave or pressure cooker (which the do survive just fine - I run them through a 15 psi pressure cooker for 90 minutes).
