I am coeliac and have adsorption issues so do need the extra nutrients even through I eat relively healthy (well most of time anyway) The tablets are big same as the CMZ and aslos appear to 50% microcristiline cellulose, so would have thought they could be smaller as the CMZ does have more ingredient. Anyway they can get stuck in thoat so ensure to take a big gulp of water or juice. I only take one of these after diner as I started on the men's multivitamin which already has 15% potasium chloride and I take that after breakfast as don't want to over do it. Also only take one of the CMZ for similar reasons. If this suppliment doesn't work for you, its not the product its likely you get enough potasium as it is, so don't need it, or even getting to much, which can be dangerous.
