I received them, and didn't know what to expect. I became worried when I opened the box to find the headset in a box with chinese writing on it. Great, stuff I couldn't understand. So I opened it, no paper or anything. Awesome, no "user manual". I plugged it in, hoping to hear something, but knowing from previous reviews that I'd need to download some software. I tested it, and could only hear out of the left side. Don't know if that's intended without the software. I started looking, trying to find ANYTHING about the software that was needed. I saw someone say something about "Hera" software, but the only one I found didn't do ANYTHING for the headset, just had some pictures and links to pages for other headsets.I'm very upset right now, since I had been happy because of the price and good reviews.
