Does it state the position your head should be in? How fast/slow to inset the saline solution?** A: Instruction are very explicit . Easy to use.. **Q: What is the volume of the syringe in milliliters?** A: I measured 75ml with the plunger inserted just enough to seal, probably 70ml in normal use. There are no markings or graduations on the syringe body. **Q: How much water does the syringe hold?** A: Without getting the kit out of storage I would say 20-25 cc syringe . The question that you need to. ask, is how does it work? My answer to that is. GREAT!!! **Q: what does the saline packet do? Thx all!** A: not sure I didn't use them. I used straight hydrogen peroxide. Do not leave the hydrogen peroxide in the syringe, the plunger doesn't hold up to it. It left black marks on the inside of the syringe, thought it was mold. What a product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great *by B***O on 5 March 2023* Exactly as expected ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great as a preventative. Get the larger syringe *by J***N on 6 May 2026* Because I have 3 homes, & some of these have broken, I've bought 5 of these so far. What I've learned: There are 2 styles: Syringe and Saline, and (just) Syringe. I recommend the 'Syringe and Saline'. The syringe is substantially larger (look carefully at the pictures, and you can see the difference). The larger syringe holds more water, & it comes out at a slightly lower pressure. Every one of the smaller syringes that I've bought has tightened up over time, and eventually broken. I haven't had any problem with the bigger ones yet. For me, they both work great to prevent earwax build up. I use it once or twice a week after I shower. As long as I've kept up with it, I haven't had an ear wax clog. When I slacked off, & got a clog, this was not always able to clear the clog.
