The medium red (more red than burgundy as shown) is snug and I plan to wear it as a base layer underneath a jacket, sweater or lab coat at work. It is t-shirt material but is a good quality so fine for business casual or straight up casual. I liked that the arm holes are on the tighter side but I have skinny arms - if you have large arms this may not fit comfortably. The mock turtleneck part was tight going over my head but fit nicely once on. I like that it is enough of a turtleneck to look good underneath my lab coat but not so high as to be cumbersome. If you have any "rolls" this will show them off so plan on this being a base layer or pick another top if that's an issue for you. I may pick up another color or two - great price and as expected. I usually wear a small or medium depending on the cut and maker. This sleeveless hides one of the most annoying things that most sleeveless shirts manage to highlight—that extra skin you have right next to your arm pit no mater how thin you are.
