I was shopping around for a while trying to find a decently weighted blanket for a good price and this is definitely it. I bought it for my girlfriend that gets a lot of anxiety and it has helped her sleep more soundly through the night. It's pretty soft and almost a bit too heavy for her to move around so I had to spread it out of the bed for her and she just pulls it up over her. I've slept with it a few times and I slept amazingly. It's not super thick where you overheat which is also nice since the summers get pretty hot here.
