I use 1 to 1-1/2 thick pork steak and divide the pork steak in 2 and place them side by side in the grill pan.I always preheat the air fryer on highest setting for 2 min.cook with the grill pan in the air fryer starting at 400 deg f or your highest setting for 7 min on the first side.turn the meat over then cook for another 7 min.at this point it may start to brown the second side.for a good medium steakturn the meat again and cook for another 5 min.and then turn for a final 5 min cook timeor add 3 more min and 2 flips until the steaks are golden brown..the steak fat on the edges should crisp up perfect!!results are perfect every time!!just make sure you lower the cook time progressive as the steak is closer to done.now on to tube steak...yea good old hot dogs!!. in the air fryer??? you bet!!I prefer beef ball park.. but what ever brand you like will work!same highest heat setting, on mine 400 deg f.2 min then turn for another 2 min...depending on how seared you like your dog you can cook them a bit more.now for one of the fave things!BRATS!yup get the pre cooked ones that are white in color.most places even aldi have good brats that need a final bit of colorI do 4 at a time in the grill pan.400 deg settingpre heat for 2 min, then run them for 3 minturn them and run for 3 min moreor until you get the "golden brown and delicious" thing going!a bit of krout and some spicy brown mustard and some good rye bread and you are set!or even some real good horse radish and or stone ground mustard too!yum! a real year round treat for sure!also the grill pan works well for burgers!and veggie burgers!if you have not done potato chunks in the air fryer..you are missing out!wash them with no stick scotch brite to clean the skin well.chunk them up dry them a bit.place them in a bag and add in olive oil, and minced garlic in the bag.shake till covered wellput them on the grill pan and season with course kosher salt or sea salt.cook at 400 deg for 6 min. then turn them and bake another 6 min turn againand finish at 4 min or they are done like you like them.super good with sour cream and onion chip dip on top!I like those with steak!kc in Iowa ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Fits the GoWise 3.7 Qt nicely *by R***A on Reviewed in the United States on February 27, 2018* I have the GoWise 3.7qt air fryer. This grill pan fits nicely. It sits up high though, does not go to the bottom of the unit like the basket does. The smaller pan is just a pan . The pictures made it look like it is held in place with the grill pan handle, it is not. You could set it on the grill pan if you want to cook closer to the heating element or set it in your basket. I will update after i cook with the items. Also comes with a rack and skewers. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Does not fit all large Power Air Fryer models *by R***R on Reviewed in the United States on November 14, 2018* Description is inadequate. Does not fit the slot in my 5.2 L Power Air Fryer ELITE model. Product seems well made but useless for me. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/45920167-air-fryer-accessories-set-grill-pan-grill-rack-with-skewers](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/45920167-air-fryer-accessories-set-grill-pan-grill-rack-with-skewers) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
