Loved the original spray and swabs, but those left some people with a permanent loss of smell and taste. So I moved on to the dissolving tablets, which leave a really nasty taste in the mouth, though the newer mint flavor is tolerable. Then I found these crystals and they are totally superior to all the other versions. It is sort of like pixie sticks--decent tasting loose powder in each packet. You have to slowly pour the crystals into your mouth and let dissolve on the tongue. I find it's easier to dump it all in a spoon and take it from there. The flavor is much better than the tablets, and don't leave much of a metallic aftertaste. As these are the Ultra version, you only have to take it four times a day. So far it has worked great! I will shake up 1 packet in a 16 oz bottle, and slowly drink from it throughout the day, keeping my mouth and throat "sanitized" against germs.
