It took months to receive a replacement after spending the money on shipping. They kept sending messages saying they were dropping my ticket and my case. It wasn’t until I threatened to go to the police for holding my property with no intention of returning it to me that I suddenly found a new replacement ice maker at my front door - no notice that it was being sent or that my case had been resolved. The replacement seems to be working just fine.
