**Q: 2005 Chevy avalanche 5.3 flex fuel, does this fit?**
A: Yes, they are the correct ones. 99-14 truck engines for sure. I ran them in my 01 Silverado 5.3.

**Q: Useing ls7 lifters and bought thses will they be to long**
A: No they will work

**Q: Will these work with texas speed dod delete kit? using ls7 lifters with stock style cam .**
A: yes they should work fine

**Q: Will this pushrod length work with Elgin 1840p slooppy 2 Camshaft?**
A: I'm not sure, buy a push rod length checker they're about 7 bucks or so on Amazon Google the stock length.  My cam 587 578 lift with a stock rocker if that helps.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ THESE PUSHRODS FIT MY 05 Chevy Avalanche Z71 4x4 5.3L LTZ Flex Fuel Truck Perfectly!

These pushrods worked perfectly for my 2005 Chevy Avalanche Z71 4x4 LTZ Flex Fuel Truck. I was taking off everything so that I can do an oil pump change on my truck because it had a ticking under the hood that everyone told me was a lifter knock. I wanted to try the oil pump and a trunion and push rod upgrade first to see if it would fix the problem. Keep in mind that I decided against changing the lifter and camshaft after checking for metal shavings in my oil pan and once I removed the oil pan and the plate inside the oil pan, I could see the camshaft. I turned it manually and could see that the whole thing was smooth and glassy, so I knew that there was nothing wrong in that area. Plus, there were no metal shavings in my oil pan. I changed the oil pump and this stopped the ticking under my truck (5.3L). I did the trunion upgrade because I heard that after 150,000 miles, these cheap what I call half-moon trunnions that chevy puts in their LS's tend to wear out and break and end up in the engine, which can do damage inside. I definitely didn't want that, so I changed the trunions to what I call full moon trunions and put a slightly bigger rod in for good measure. The rod that normally runs in my truck is 7.393 and I decided to go up to 7.400. My truck is running beautifully. Anyway, if you are looking to upgrade your pushrods from a 7.393 to a 7.400, these worked wonderfully and ft perfectly too. My truck runs smooth and there is no more ticking under the hood. I hope this information helps others. Good luck :)
