A: The dress goes 3 inches above the knees.  Hase superior starch. And my have to pull all the way down to powder your nose.

A: Yes, there are 2 side pockets I usually use to stash my tennis balls and ensentials. The workout dress is very convenient and can keep you covered if you are using it as activewear.
