I believe these are the best non-stick pans that you can buy. They are absolutely beautiful and very easy to clean but I would prefer a darker cooking surface. With the money this cost, I would recommend learning to cook on good stainless steel, that will out live you. The only cons: -When you fry an egg on the pan, the egg and the cooking surface can be hard to distinguish. - They are very expensive for a non-stick pan that will only last a few years.

The bigger pan came slightly scratched around the handle that seemed to be from the two pans rubbing together in the packaging but its minor for sure and I've had no complaints apart from that. The pans hold up well even after months of regular use that they cook fast, very fast, I can scramble an egg in under ten minutes despite the pan being much larger than the one I used to use. I can even tell the difference in washing it, it has yet to have food cake on the way other pans do. Highly recommend.

Bought my green pans when my husband was finally fed up with his eggs sticking to our cast iron skillet. Clean up takes 10 seconds, if that. They wash up beautifully. They heat up quickly. Be sure to only use silicone cooking utensils, as to avoid scratching the nonstick surface of the pan. They’re a heart weight, there is zero chipping (when used correctly) and they work quickly. Loving that they’re non toxic, so I’m not shooting teflon into my kids’ guts every time I cook.
