You need longer bar handle to use a kettle bell routine. I just cant see this working. **Q: What is the circumference of the handle part where you hold the weight? Suitable for a woman with small hands?** A: HI! I don't know the circumference of the handle but I also have small hands and if I use them for a long period of time, my hands will cramp and hurt.
