Two of the USB ports are too tight to easily accept plug. Would not charge more than one USB device at a time and the ports worked intermittently. Kept it in the box for two months. Finally started using it to charge my phone at night. The noise of the charge tone on my iphone woke me up. This has happened consistently but at random times. Tried different products with different cables on different ports. Happens if charging on one port or all at the same time. I would not recommend this product as it seems to be an issue that will probably happen eventually if it doesn't happen right away.I will say I like the design of the block. It fits perfectly on the back of the night stand. It also has two charger outlets so you can also charge your laptop or anything that doesn’t take usb.This will be with me for every trip I am taking from now on and not to worry about the hotel/ Airbnb doesn’t have enough outlets!
