Takes forever to turn on-- and when it dies, you're screwed.
Not a fan. When it was turned on it typed fine, not a huge fan of the key feel but it did the job. Coming from a mac user looking for a cheap keyboard to replace the broken one, I was frustrated with all the different keys and necessary longer keyboard shortcuts compared to a mac keyboard. But the biggest flaw wasn't actually typing, it was getting it to turn on. They market it as "energy saving and efficient" which may be true, but what they really mean is it turns off if you don't use it for 5 minutes, and takes another 5-7 minutes to turn back on and reconnect the bluetooth. If you wake your computer from sleep mode and tap the keys, if you're lucky it will turn on in about a minute, which is longer than it sounds. For me, I had to wake the computer, press the bluetooth shortcut on the keyboard, wait a few seconds, and then turn the keyboard off and then back on again.Whole process took about 5 minutes which is about 5 minutes longer than you should have to wait to use the keyboard.Another huge con is the charging. For some reason the charging cord only charged it about 1/2 the time it was plugged in, and sometimes not at all. When the keyboard dies, there's no option to manually plug it in via a cord and use it just in case. Nope, the keyboard is dead, and you have to gamble on whether it's going to charge or not. This is a major inconvenience when you're trying to log into your account but you can't type in your password due to the lack of a keyboard, but you can't bring up the on screen keyboard because you're still logged out of your account and the on screen one doesn't stay up on the log in screen. To sum it up, if the keyboard dies, and you're short on time, you're screwed.Overall a horrible product. The single star is because when it was turned on, it worked as a keyboard. If I could give it no stars I probably would. Don't waste your money and look elsewhere.
