They have been my absolute favorite headphones for years and have truly stood the test of time. However, as you can see in my "Before" photo, the original earpads had finally given up. They were shredded and flaking, making them almost impossible to wear comfortably. Instead of replacing the whole unit, I tried these SOULWIT cushions, and I am not disappointed.The Installation (Watch for the Orientation!):The kit includes a small blue plastic prying tool that makes the process much safer than using a kitchen knife.- The "Click": Removing the old ones is straightforward with the tool. I realized I needed to flip the pad (top-to-bottom). Once I rotated it, it clicked into place perfectly in seconds. If it feels like it’s not seating right, don’t force it—just try flipping the orientation.The Result:The instructions are very easy to follow, and the "added thickness" of these pads is a welcome upgrade over the flattened originals.
