**Q: Can these be worn without additional menstrual products?**
A: Yes my daughter wears them to school but takes another pair in her bag as will only last about 4 hrs if she is heavy. She loves them feels more confident and comfortable

**Q: Can you tumble dry them?**
A: I haven't tried but I don't know why not at low temperature. It takes a while for them to dry in the hanger though.

**Q: Are these ok with no pad or tampon?**
A: Yes for lighter flow . Bought for 10 year old daughter.

**Q: What would happen if I wore them when I have very heavey flow and went swimming?**
A: I think these would just soak up the water. Instead of those, I would look into period swimwear- it exists!

Good value and does a pretty good job at preventing leaks- but I do use alongside a normal pad so I mainly use it to prevent leaks at night, etc. however, one of the did rip around the top part so longevity may not be too great but still, not the worst quality.
