**Q: Will this work on model 10403?**
A: Yes it should

**Q: Its says 2 packs. Does that mean 2 pairs? Cause i only got 1 pair**
A: no just 2 in the package 1 pair

**Q: Is there metal disks in the bottom of these?**
A: Yes in my 7/8" gray cane tips I Did find  the metal washers.     This was also the case for black, 1/2", CANE tips offered by Carex .  I suspect the use of "cane  or crutch"  means the manufacturer installs metal washers.
