A: If you look down in description on Amazon it has size chart info and how to measure

**Q: Any suggestion size for someone with 11.5 wide shoe size?**
A: VIV93,  it's not so much your foot size as it is your ankle size... if you measure your ankle the way they show to, I would size down from your measurement, i.e., I measured at 32cm (a little less than 13"), so based on the Modvel chart, I needed a large brace. When I received the large and tried it on, it didn't provide the support I expected, so I reordered a medium (returned the large) and the support was much better. Hopefully this helps

**Q: I have approx 17 1/2" as per chart - would L stay in place and not slide down as some reviewers have experienced?.  Still considering 60% stretch?.**
A: Good
