The sheer number of attachments you need with the new apple laptop coming with only ONE USB Type C port can be maddening, even more so if you are attempting to buy everything from Apple, as their prices are ridiculously high. This piece of equipment is very reasonable, solves the problem, and is reliable. It also doesn't feel cheap, and matches with other Apple peripherals, which is nice from a design standpoint.
