The button and menu navigation are a difficult. The kids are always hitting button and change channel and settings. At one point on of the radios would activate the talk button every 2-3 minutes randomly. pulling the batteries and resetting them fixed this issue. My little one was so excited to play with them, but one just would not charge properly. They are being returned. One reason we spent a bit more on these than just toy kiddie ones was because the product description says they have a 3 mile range. We couldn't test it but the box says distance range up to 3 KM- very different from 3 miles. Mine only included a charger, batteries, and two walkie talkies. It also warns that other "earpieces" may cause damage. My order on the Amazon app does not have a category for contacting the seller, so maybe they read reviews.
