It had a pad that didn't quite line up and so one or two notes were a bit more difficult to play, but other than that it works great for my 6th grade daughter. Nice case, gloves and cleaning stick/cloth. Overall happy with product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Got lucky with this one *by S***E on June 22, 2019* My Febos flute arrived today earlier than expected. I purchased it for a really low price, so I wasn't expecting much. Mine was definitely brand new and not refurbished. It came with the little pads that keep the keys closed, a nice touch. I am most impressed by the intonation of this instrument. To my ears the high F is more in tune to the octaves below than other flutes I own. Could be that I am getting better at this or a real feature of this flute. Dunno. The silver plating is good and all the keys seem to seal properly. I am quite happy. I might mention that this flute does not have a split e key. That said, I had no problem getting a clear high E with it. The case is usable and the Febos name brand is embroidered on the outside. I wish it wasn't, but this is personal opinion.This is a good flute and would be fine for a beginner. I got lucky with this purchase and can recommend this one. ### ⭐ Not good as described *by A***R on September 24, 2017* Not good as described!1. Colors around keys and dusts on keys seems a used one,2. May re- glued missed part, which still look does not match,3. Light scratches on flute,4. Big leak on right ring finger, F sharp key,5. The height is not right on the left side of right index finger.6.
