Easy to install. Just connect the cable up front to your aftermarket unit and that’s it. I did connect the extra wiring (ground/power) to the aftermarket unit but I’m not sure if that’s necessary. Routing the cable through the car is easy if you have experience.Picture quality is fantastic in day and night time. Even with snow and rain it looks good! I do have aftermarket LED taillights on my 2013 F30 328i so that’s why the picture quality at night is so good. I would recommend getting better reverse lights before you judge this product. If your reverse lights are garbage don’t expect to see anything much. You’ll still have a great picture and can navigate just fine, but the brighter LED lights I have really make using the camera much easier.Other than that there isn’t much to it, just a camera and fits very well!
