The issues started just a week after installation when the tap began leaking. Despite multiple follow-ups, I received no response from the company. I had to take matters into my own hands and repair the leak myself. However, that was just the beginning. A month later, the auto-cut switch malfunctioned, and when I complained, I was shocked to be told that I'd have to pay ₹350 for the repair. This made the warranty seem like a joke. But the problems didn't stop there. After 7-8 months, the motor stopped working altogether. The customer care process is frustratingly complicated, akin to applying for a passport. I had to call, raise a complaint, and wait for a technician to visit. The technician would just diagnose the issue and update it, leaving me to follow up with customer care again to arrange for a courier for damaged part. Even I was told to expect a chargeable visit from a technician, with no clear timeline for resolution. What's most concerning is that the company doesn't seem to care about how customers manage without drinking water during this prolonged process. The lack of accountability and poor after-sales service has been appalling.
