I wear 24 hrs a day. Also starts to hurt pinky after wearing it 24 hrs. I do not wear inside shoes. After my initial review, i was contacted by Jomeca a about my dissatisfaction, they gave me a full refund. It did not work for me, but I do not wear shoes.
