**Q: This product says free return but when I tried to return it, it tells me to print label and pay postage. Why is that if it says it’s free?**
A: You should never have to pay postage on a free return , but sometimes you have to take the package and drop it a post office or UPS location. If you select to have your package picked up by delvery service , then sometimes they may charge a fee to pick up your package.

**Q: Is the red one more of a wine color?**
A: Yes I would say more wine then red

A: No, this kitchen mat is ordor-free. Feel free to get back to me if you need any help.

**Q: Will it soak up Water and get squishy?**
A: Yes it will soak up liquids from the floor around it. Only the top is water proof.  So if you have a spill somewhere around it, the button if this will suck it up like a sponge and is not easy to clean.  Top part is as described though.
