One of my doctors uses these (or similar product). Another uses the old shave, cut, stitch and bandage method. Overkill. I am very healthy and coagulate quickly. Although using this was scary, it totally worked. 10 minute cyst removal. I used the 4mm and I used it with numbing cream. With the 4mm, a 1/2 inch cyst popped right out. I did use numbing cream but honestly didn’t help but I still had to brave and cut my own self . U have to keep twisting counter clock wise and eventually you feel the skin separate and untwist it back out . It does hurt a lot but I couldn’t deal with the cyst pain . Did this back in November of 2022 and now it’s January 2023 healed up nice . I used peroxide , Neosporin and a bandage and cleaned it every few hours .
