**Q: Hi, how many mops thoes it brings ?**
A: 2 sets.

**Q: Does it leave a lot of swirl marks?**
A: No. It does leave the floor somewhat wet, but it dries in a few minutes.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ How to change spin holder?

This Robotic is the perfect cleaner and smart enough.But the Spin holder is easy to broke and can not hold the mop part anymore, please let me know how to change and buy this part. Looking forward your reply.

### ⭐ Short life span, poor quality, nonexistent customer service

Worked fine for a month or so and then one of the plastic disks broke that holds one of the cleaning pads. Their customer service is nonexistent. I finally found an email address but they told me they were located in Singapore. Eventually I was wrangle an email address from a distributor in the US from them. They offered to send the part for free. However, after a month I had to follow up again because they forgot to send it. After installing the new part (which appeared to be reinforced so perhaps they recognized this component as a week point) the new part promptly broke on the first trial. Luckily they had sent two parts (one for each cleaning pad) so I used the other. That one lasted about 5 minutes and then it broke.Also, the programming logic does not seem very robust like Roomba. This unit recognizes a flat wall but if there is small overhang such as a kitchen cabinet it repetitively spins in the exact same spot. At least Roomba will give up after a few cycles and go somewhere else. At least one spot in your kitchen will be spotless!
