I ran 13k today, I had the bottles waist height around my hips at the front. They dont bounce around at all and are secure I tried it with the bottles at the back but it didn’t feel right and the bottles slipped down but at the front its pretty much prefect. 3 internal compartments within the main pocket which is big enough for an iphone 14 pro max. Cant fault it really and very good value for money.

**Q: Can you take the two water bottles it comes with a replace them with my own water bottles that can hold much more water?**
A: I don’t think so. There is a strap to hold the small bottle down if your bottle is to big it will bounce and or fall out.

**Q: Can it accommodate bigger bottles?**
A: Can hold 175ml

**Q: How big is the pouch? I need it to hold my inhaler, phone, tissues, and house key...**
A: The size of the waist bag is 7.8in*4.3, which is enough to hold a mobile phone and a tissue box key. I hope my answer is helpful to you.

**Q: Can I replace the 2 water bottles it comes with a replace with 2 16.9 oz water bottles?**
A: No.  It cones with only 6 oz bottles but I didn’t realize when I ordered it, I have 10 ounce bottles (from other belt) and they didn’t work either 6 ounce is very small.  I actually ordered another belt that would hold 10 0z i’m sure there are some out there but I haven’t seen any yet that holds 16 ounce bottles

This is a good running belt. There’s enough storage for things I’d take out - Phone keys headphones, gels etc. Used this for a half marathon and was not too uncomfortable throughout. I did have to reverse it and put the pocket around the back, but it wasn’t any trouble to swing it back around again when needed. There is a bit of movement when running but not too noticeable. It carried enough water to be able to use throughout the run as well, without weighing me down. Being in the UK, I’ve ran in some questionable weather, and it seems to hold up well so far, i’d recommend.
