These are fine if you only take 3 pills twice a day. Unfortunately, I need a pill case because I take waaaay more than that...I have an autoimmune disease that requires a lot of supplemental support, and this doesn’t hold even 1/4 of my meds for the day. Too bad, as they are made well, and I love the rainbow!

Just what I needed. I don’t like to have a big pill organizer out on my sink but if I don’t I sometimes forget a morning or evening dose of meds. This organizer allows me to put out a daily small pill container on the sink, in view, as well as keep a week long set of pills in a cabinet.

So far the containers stay securely shut and fit snugly into the organizer base. I'm happy with it. I took off one star because you cannot stand the base on it side (vertically.) That would have made it a real space saver.
