I use my fingers first then scrub with a wet wash cloth after the cleanser has softened the dead skin cells. I bought this in the spring and I still have at least 1/4 of a bottle. I do recommend the toner and lotion. I look 10 years younger and this is a lot cheaper than many things plus natural. I'm 59.
