A: So, I'm 5'10" and about 180 lbs. I got a large and it fits fine. Medium may be a bit small for your husband. Hope this isn't too late in your buying process!

A: Well, I'm 5'10" 235 lbs and I had to opt for the XXL. The L in the Quest could be a good fit for you. The XXL is quite loose fitting for me.
