Sit dow, lean over, completely exhale (everything out) then explode with breathing in while you are sitting up (you can simply press the o2trainer against your mouth while doing this). Then go down again and exhale everything and repeat 29 times.This will take about 4 min. Do this for 6 weeks in the morning and evening, after 6 weeks one time a day will be fine. I used to do it in 2:15m (30 repetitions) but then realized I wasn't completely inhaling and exhaling, so when I made my technique perfect, it took me over 6 min.
